Although it took a little bit to get my car down there and back, they kept me updated about the engine replacement, as well as they other repairs needed. As soon as I signed off on the repairs my car was ready in the following day or two. I had to travel an hour down there, and borrow a friends car, as well as got times mixed up but the workers were very understanding and were able to wait until I was able to make it. Very good customer service
Thank you for the follow-up. Actually I do love the car, and we are still discussing and evaluating if it really fits our needs. With just hours of having it, I'm still trying to fit my mother in the backseat, and her non-powered wheelchair in the back. I regret driving away in it without considering the downgrade in size from the car I actually came for. I must admit my own fault at being distracted by the shiny car I was offered instead. However, I did specify my need for the space at the very beginning. My visit was very helpful, and accommodating, in every respect except for me leaving without the specific thing I really needed the car for in the first place.

Since I purchased the car, the longer we have it, we see it will fit our needs now. I still don't drive it much, but my husband does. The more he drives it the more he likes it. So far all's well that ends well.

I brought my Elantra to Barry Sanders last week for routine service. I shared some other concerns I had. Garrett listened patiently and addressed my concerns. The routine service was done quickly and with prompt communication. I've had my car serviced there several times and highly recommend the service department for your vehicle's need.
I have had a very good experience with the people at Barry Sanders Stillwater. They all have been very polite and kind and helpful. I don't mind the drive to get my oil change done.
While driving on the interstate I got a warning ticket for no brake light on one side. I was from another state too. This dealership said it would take several days to replace the light. Drive next door to the Honda dealership and they got me in right away. My service in Wichita is excellent. Disappointed by the lack of simple service at this dealership.
We had the opportunity to work with Justin W. (Sales Professional) and Charles M. (Finance Manager) and were impressed with their professionalism and desire to assist us. What we originally expected to be just a simple transaction, became a positive experience because of the dedication/service of these two individuals.
